Shipping policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.


In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Camavani’s Closet, you will be held liable for the original shipping charges


If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must follow up with the United States Postal Service. Camavani’s Closet is not responsible for package(s) that shows complete delivery.


All orders placed within the US, will be shipped via USPS.
Standard shipping can take 2-7 business days to arrive once shipped. This is just an estimate not a guarantee, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.


LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Camavani’s Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, Camavani’s Closet will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate
